Nutrition Coaching- A month long coaching program beginning with an analysis of your present diet, a two   hour consultation that teaches you how to heal and eat well for the rest of your life, shopping lists, recipes and hands on coaching for a month.

Most of us live on carbs, skip breakfast, try to eat salads for lunch to keep calories down, still eat low fat, don't eat red meat, eschew bacon and limit our egg intake...none of which are healthy choices!  The average food diary I see from most women averages 1100 calories a day, men's average 1400 a day.  This is not enough calories or nutrients to achieve perfect health or have enough energy!  We have become a nation of people afraid to eat. We need healthy saturated fats and high quality protein (organic eggs, beef, bison, coconut oil, butter, meat stocks). 

Criterion Meals are based on a Traditional Human Diet; Paleo, Adkins, Nourishing Traditions...all designed to help you obtain abundandant health and reach your desired weight quickly and stay there for the rest of your life.
