What is a Personal Chef?  A Personal Chef is someone with a passion for cooking who takes that passion into their clients' homes to share that love of fine food!

Who Hires a Personal Chef?  Busy people who want more quality time in their lives.  New parents, people on special diets and healthy eating plans, recuperating patients, seniors,and anyone who would just like to eat better and buy time!

Will you be cooking in my kitchen? Yes, I do prepare meals in the safety of your own kitchen.

How long will you be in my home? Preparation of 5 entrees and appropriate side dishes can take 5-8 hours.  I will require time to unpack, prepare, cook, package and clean up.  Although it is difficult to say exactly how long I will be using your kitchen, I am flexible and will ensure our cook date is compatible with your schedule.

Do I need to be home while you are there? You do not need to be there.  Most of my clients are at work, and because I am busy preparing several things at the same time, I need to be focused on the work at hand.  Your kitchen is my "office" for the day and in order to prepare quality meals it is best if I work alone.

How will my meals be packaged?  At your interview we will discuss the various methods for packaging and portioning.  You will be left with exact heating instuctions each cheffing day.  No matter the method, cleaning up will be a breeze.

Can you help with entertaining? You bet!  Menus will be created on an individual basis once we discuss your specific needs!
